A Heart Bursting with Love

There is a whole reality created by the reflection of emotions, and in that reality you can see that what is real is your love. – Don Miguel Ruiz
As I breathe in the very breath of Life, I am filled with a sense of awe at the wonder of this thing called Life. I sense, feel, and know that there is an ultimate energy which sustains and enlivens me. And I name that energy Love. Stripped down and naked to my bare essence, this is what remains – Love. Again, breathing in I feel its animating Presence, and I surrender to that force of Love. There is no strife, no desire, no lack, no discord. For when I fully accept this Presence, this force, everything that emanates from me is a pure force for good. This energy has no boundaries, sees no differences, acknowledges all as part and parcel with the Oneness, with the whole of Life. As I go even deeper, my heart is bursting with love for humanity, as everything that may have previously held me back simply fades away. Joy, peace, health, abundance, wisdom, and clarity are all mine to behold. And since this Love energy has no boundaries, I envision it now spreading to every corner of the Universe. My gratitude is filled with ecstasy for this beautiful and healing reality which has been revealed. I am grateful; I am blessed. And so it is.
