A Treatment for Physical Health and Increased Energy

“Health is a state of wholeness in mind and in body. The body is the servant of the mind, and the mind is the offspring of pure Spirit. I will permit Its flow of harmony, unity, and beauty a clear passageway. The body will always reflect this inner poise. Today I know that my health, my physical well-being, as well as my mental poise and peace, are drawn from an infinite Source of perfection. Today I know that the Lord, the Law of Good, is the healing Presence of life forever restoring my mind and my physical being.” Ernest Holmes
In step with this beautiful prayer from Ernest Holmes, I raise my awareness to recognize this healing Presence as God expressing in my life now. It is the healing Presence available to everyone. There is no limit to God, so there is no limit to my body healing itself and kicking out anything that is less than healthy! I claim a boost in my immunity system to release all infection, coughs, sneezes, discomfort, and aches. I reclaim my voice and let go of anything stopping my throat from being clear and able to speak. I know that I heal as I sleep, and I awake refreshed and ready for the day. I also claim for myself a replenishment of energy, physically and emotionally. My inner poise is restored and I feel peace and joy throughout my day, with the energy to do what is needed as it is needed. My body rises to the challenge. I draw from the Infinite Source of Perfection knowing that my body and mind are truly healed and whole now.
And so I give thanks for this amazing body, this physical vessel, and its capacity to heal itself. What an amazing creation each human body is, especially when it taps into the Infinite Source for all of its needs. I am so grateful to release this rundown, rotten cold, never to return again! I appreciate my beautifully healthy body that allows me to serve others throughout my day. I give thanks for One Loving Source that lifts my soul every day and gives me strength.
With confidence in the power of my word to create my reality, I release this prayer into the Law, knowing that health and energy are manifesting for me now! And so it is. Amen.
