Affirming Profound Health!

There is One Life, One – not in the sense of numbers, one, but in the sense of wholeness, One. This One Life precedes time and is the Energy of the Universe. I call her, Goddess, and know that this Goddess is the Love of All Life. She creates from her thoughts. She thinks and a galaxy is born. She thinks and all life appears. She thinks and an entire ecosystem is put in place. The Goddess’ thoughts are the stuff of Life and She indwells all of Her own creation and, yet, is not absorbed by Her Creation.
The Goddess had a thought and I was born. I danced with Her in the heavens and rode a moonbeam. I knew myself as a wave in the ocean and as the ocean itself and when I was ready, I found myself born to this physical life. Complete with my life here on Earth are all the qualities to remember my spirituality – peace, happiness, joy, freedom, beauty, truth, clarity, goodness. I can call on any spiritual quality in the moment I remember that I am born of Life. As I know this for me, I know this for the person reading this prayer.
In this moment, I affirm and declare profound health. I am healthy in my thought, healthy in all of my relationships, and healthy in my body. I forgive whatever resentment or anger that still clings to my being. I forgive the people who I perceived harmed me and I forgive myself for carrying the burden of those people with me for all that time. I affirm that my thoughts and relationships are life-nurturing and I turn away from anything that chafes my being or diminishes me in any way. I return to wholeness and I remain there for the rest of my life.
I am grateful for this knowing; grateful that I am finished with unforgiveness, resentment, and anger. I am filled with gratitude at the lightness of love and the beauty of life. I am free and I am happy.
Knowing that profound life continues to find me at every moment, I release my word and know this prayer is finished. ¡Y así es! Amen.
