“A consciousness of God releases the greatest power of all.” – Dr. Ernest Holmes
In the stillness of this moment, I breathe in the all-encompassing knowing that the life which surrounds me is the very essence and presence of God itself. As I glimpse the reminders of this in the flittering hummingbirds, as well as the buzzing bees, both of whom seek the nectar from the fragrant Russian sage shrubs, I am humbled. For there is a simplicity in nature that humanity sometimes overlooks or forgets.
Today I choose to remember the lessons from nature. That in the stillness I find God. That God always provides the nectar I, too, require in my life. And that I am equally blessed as are the birds and the bees to smell the fragrance of Life. When I truly realize each moment for the gift that it is, that is when I open my consciousness to the most expanded place I can envision. Even when I feel anxious, I know that positive action steps bring me into a new awareness. Even should I fall, I believe that help is but a heartbeat away. And if I should ever feel unworthy, I can turn within to that intimate place of knowing that the power and the presence of God itself is ever available, and always championing my cause.
So today, I choose to embrace life totally and completely, pain and joy, sorrow and happiness, and seek to discover the lessons to be learned. In my surrender to what is, I release my own innate power, to unleash my full potential, mind, body, and spirit. In that release, and in those precious awakened moments, my individual consciousness breaks free and merges more effectively with the One consciousness, allowing me to thrive and grow.
Gratefully, I accept this gift, as I lovingly release my word unto the Law, knowing it cannot return to me void. And so it is.
