Thank you to All Who Participated
A Big “Thank you!” to all who participated in our Community Visioning during the last two Sundays. The Board is analyzing the results and will report to the congregation asap.

A Word of Inspiration from One of our Board Members
Hello Fellow Board Members and other friends,
One of the key tenets of my leadership philosophy is Servant Leadership. And hopefully it shows up in my personal practice, at least to the best of my ability. I’d like to introduce you to this concept if you haven’t already heard of it. And if you have, we can always use a reminder from time to time.
This is a Wikipedia entry and it is a great overview and it contains a remarkable amount of references. If you choose to seek out more information on Spiritual Leadership. I would personally recommend Robert Greenleaf who first introduced it as a leadership philosophy and Peter Block a wonderful practitioner of this art. Click on the link below for a great read.
