Does This Spark Joy?

Does this Spark Joy?

The Japanese Queen of Clean, Marie Kondo, wrote a global best seller The Life–Changing Magic of Tidying Up. At the heart of her system is: when deciding what to keep and what to give away, Ms. Kondo tells us to ask one question, “Does this spark joy?”  Today I ask you to consider applying this question to your own core beliefs.

I know that all things and situations are manifestations of Spirit, that which I call God.  There is only one life. That life is God’s life. That life is perfect. That life is my life now. I am a significant being and perfect in the mind of God. I am an individualized representation of God expressing Itself as me. As I know this for myself, I know this for every person reading or hearing this. I am a open vessel for love, harmony, compassion and justice to express itself. The situations and relationships that I currently find myself in are perfect. All that does not spark joy in my life falls away from me never to return. I accept only love, harmony, compassion, justice and joy. I am liberated from all that has the appearance of hatred, disharmony, rudeness and injustice.  I rid myself of all things, thoughts and feelings that do not spark joy within me. I deny that any situation or circumstance, health challenge or relationship has any power over me. I am a loving, peaceful and happy person grounded, centered and present to the good that is all around me.  I am so thankful to be a person of power who can change my whole life by changing my thoughts. I am grateful that I am surrounded by a loving presence that knows only good for me. Thank you, Spirit, for life, love and joy.  Knowing that as I have spoken these words into the action of the Law, it is done! And so it is.
