Life is not just something to be endured.  It is something to be lived in joy, in a fullness without limit.  – Ernest Holmes

Oh, sweet Spirit!  I feel your blessed Presence right here and right now, in this precious now moment.  For what I know to be true is that I share in a life fulfilled by all, shared by all, connected indelibly by all.  And in that shared Life, we also are gifted with all of the wondrous qualities of Life itself!  Love, wisdom, abundance, wholeness, and joy.  And what is joy in the spiritual sense?  I believe it to be more than just happiness, but instead a deep abiding good feeling that permeates our very being.  This joy radiates in every cell and fiber of our body, illuminates our mind and awareness, and both soothes and excites our very soul.

So today, I bask in that good feeling of joy, deep in my being.  I feel it lovingly as both remembered and anticipated experiences.  I see it in my world as beauty and in the faces of my loved ones.  And I know it intrinsically as the very fabric of my essential nature.  My heart is filled with gratitude to find and experience this joy, today and everyday, as I walk this glorious path of Life.  I lift these words up to Spirit, knowing that they are done in the here and now.  And so it is indeed!
