Forgiveness is the Norm

I am resting in that sweet place of knowingness that Spirit is everywhere present, including in me. Spirit is working as me, and Spirit and I, we are One.
From that place of Oneness I know that forgiveness is the norm for me in my life. I now release all grudges and replace them with compassion. I let go of all hurts and replace them with unconditional love. I know that forgiveness is never about them, always about me. And I care enough about myself to forgive, knowing that in doing so I experience peace.
I now release my words, knowing that they are true right here and right now.
And I anchor: and so it is.
