God Gifts

I close my eyes and breathe in the breath of God. I exhale the breath of God. And as I focus on the inhaling and exhaling I become aware of the rhythm and the cadence of my breath. My mind feels peaceful and calm in this space of knowing that this energy is God. The attention to It calms me as I feel my divine connection to Spirit. It is the life force that runs through me. It is what I am made of. Together we co-create my life. I know this to be true for myself and I know this to be true for you as well. For it is all that there is.
We walked this path of life with God. It is the life force that dwells within us. It celebrates us throughout our journey on this plane. As my eyes enjoy the landscape, my nose enjoys the smells, my skin relishes a touch, my ears take in the sounds and my taste buds celebrate the deliciousness of life…. I know that it is all God and we are one with It!
Today I focus my attention on receiving the gifts from God. I will gaze upon the sunrise and sunset and know that it is a gift. I will take the time to truly see it. I will listen to the music that surrounds me and dance. As I eat my peach at lunch, enjoying its juicy succulents and the nourishment it provides my body. I will commune with nature and enjoy the smells of the desert that are offered this time of year. The sweetness of the Spanish Broom can be experienced throughout the Valley. The first roasting of green chili permeates the air and I am in heaven. I will reach out to someone in need of a gentle touch, because there is great power in the fact that we are all connected. One gentle touch can heal a thousand hurts. We all have the power to heal one another. As I reach out to you and touch your heart, we experience our connection. We give and receive love through this connection of Spirit. Take the time today to reach out to someone else. As you do, allow yourself to be touched by the love of another.
I am grateful for the calmness and the energy that comes to me as God expresses through me. I am grateful for the knowledge that this is not work. It comes easily as we open our minds. I am grateful for the knowledge that God is good. God is gentle. God is pure light and love. I am overflowing with gratitude for the gifts that surround me. My desire is that this prayer raises your awareness to the gifts around you and the gift that you are. I am thankful for the people around me that choose to know the light that they are. I am so blessed!
With Awareness in my mind, Conviction in my heart, Illumination in my soul and Joy expressing through me, I release my words into the universal law, allowing them to shine to their fullest potential and accepting that as I have spoken, IT IS DONE!
And So It Is.
