Prayer, or spiritual communion, demands a complete surrender.  Because the creative power of God is at hand, all things are possible.  We have an inexhaustible Source from which to draw both power and wisdom.  The purpose of prayer is to seek conscious union with the indwelling Presence.  – Dr. Ernest Holmes, Words that Heal Today

I take this moment and feel centered and grounded in the earth below, the sky above, and the air all around and about me.  I breathe it in and feel my innate connection to Source.  That wondrous Source of my being that contains within it all of the light and the love and the healing power of the Universe.  I find myself opening my heart to the Divine Light, feeling the energy and the vibration in each and every part of my body.  This energy beats my heart, fills my lungs with precious air, and coordinates all of the functions of my body.  I feel the Light radiating from the top of my head to the tips of my toes, and know that every fiber, tissue, nerve, ligament, and bone, as well as all of my organs, are cleansed and rejuvenated by this Light.  My heart is open wide to accept the blessings of this amazing gift of pure, radiant healing energy.  I feel and accept these blessings from Source, with profound gratitude.  And as I accept and know that Source provides wholeness and health for my body, I accept and know as well that I can also tap into Divine Wisdom, which is always available.  This Wisdom provides a pathway through intelligence, feelings, and intuition to know what may be needed to cure any condition.  When needed, I know that I can turn within to access that pathway, and be guided as to what course of action is required.  The exact right people and circumstances are provided at the perfect time to assist and guide me in my quest.  What a joy and what a privilege it is to feel this incredible connection to Source!

As I bask in this gratitude, I simply relax and release any sense of tension I may be harboring, accepting that Spirit has my highest and best lovingly held in Divine Mind.  I am grateful.  I am blessed.  And so I let it be.
