I Am Renewed

I rest in the knowing that God is All There Is. God here. God there. God Everywhere. It is the sun rising this morning, the person taking their last breath in the physical and the newborn baby taking their first breath. God is, was, and always will be – nothing, no thing can define It yet all beings everywhere experience It. It is the Alpha and the Omega.

I experience God in my first breath this morning and the last one that just left my body. It arrives again fresh and new in my next breath and expels all the old in the old breath. The cycle of renewal is ever present in my life, in my breath, in my relationships, in my heartfelt work, in the life of the Center, and in my good. I am constantly being renewed. As I know this for me, I know this for all who read this prayer.

I affirm and declare renewal in my mind, body, and all of my affairs. Brand new life courses through my being and refreshes all that it touches. My body is renewed, my relationships are renewed, my work is renewed, and I am aware of the newness of my life. Each breath, each moment is a do-over and I gladly embrace the opportunity.

I am so grateful for my life and for all that comes into my life. Every single person, place, and thing started as a prayer at some point and I wholly and fully embrace all situations knowing that life is good and that all my prayers are answered. I am so grateful for all the people at the Rio Grande Center for Spiritual Living – for all those who have been and are here and for those who are coming. This spiritual community is a mighty fortress of peace, love, growth, and evolution and I am so happy to be part of it. I am grateful.

It is this gratitude that gives my prayer wings as I send my word out to do my bidding.

And So It Is. Amen.
