In Every Little Seed

There is a nurturing power in every tiny little seed that allows it to reach out into the soil. Roots seek water and minerals. Sprouts seek sunlight.
Now I look at the giant sunflowers and bright red flowers on the trumpet vine; I breathe the cool morning air and listen to the sparrow song. What powers lie within me?
Like the sunrise or a thunderstorm, it is the power to contemplate the Spirit within. With each moment spent with God, I grow in understanding of the Spirit of life. It is the Spirit that sprouts the tiny seeds, moves the mighty sun, and allows us to move closer to God. This journey is a part of the circle of life. Nature inspires thoughts of the great spirit. Contemplation of Spirit moves me closer to the truth; the truth that all life is God. Every journey begins with God and brings a deeper meaning of eternal life.
I am thankful for the power of Spirit within that moves me beyond fear, beyond doubt, and beyond all lack. This knowledge allows me to sprout, to grow, to create and to live in peace. I reach for the sun.
