As the New Year is upon us, it is not time to reflect on the hurts…… but reflect and learn from them, and most importantly to look forward to the New Year. The direction and fulfillment for the New Year is ours if we just listen to our hearts and Soul for direction.
Meditation is a powerful and gentle way to listen to Spirit’s guidance. An inspirational passage from the Bible says “Be still and know I am God.” Psalm 46:10 says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” Being still does not mean to just sit In a quiet space and ponder the day’s activity or problems but listen to your “inner voice” for guidance and comfort.
Please become still and know with me the following:
There is only One definable Force as the infinite, only One. There is no division, good or bad, right or wrong only the One divine Source of all. This I call God. All life is part of this God. Listen to your inner voice and know and feel this is true. This is Peace; this is Love within you as part of your true being.
You are whole as part and one with this wonders glorious God. There is only one.
Knowing you are part of God expressing in all situations LOVE YOURSELF just as you are. No judgments. Rich or poor, healthy or unhealthy, happy or sad, successful or not, you are an expression of God. LOVE YOURSELF. Know your direction in Life is and will become clear as we listen to the voice within. Listen, really listen. It will become clear. Maybe just a start or a whole plan. It could happen instantly or take many, many hours but don’t give up keep; meditating
Knowing Love is TRUTH at the bottom of your Soul, give thanks for Life as you. For as Robert Schuller said “This is the day the Lord has made, rejoice in it.” The “Lord” meaning God’s manifestation as you.
LET GO and release your meditation into the infinite knowing it does not come back void. All is God and all is Love.
AND SO IT IS.
