My Inner Power is My Strength

My Inner Power is My Strength

I am clear that anything is in my power to change.   Deepak Chopra

Sitting quietly, I focus my awareness on my breath, slowly and gently watching my breathing.  It calms and centers me, and allows me to be present to this moment.  I align myself with my center, recognizing that the Presence within is my inherent Power.  Not power in the more traditional meaning of control or influence over others or in societal settings.  Rather in my ability to self determine my highest and best pathway forward in my life.  As I come to the realization of my own innate ability to choose wisely, to act both compassionately and creatively, I begin to sense that this indeed is power, and that this is where my strength and purpose lay.  Moving out from my normal patterns and comfort zones, I sense the freedom inherent in moving beyond that which seems safe.  My intentions and actions dare to take me to new and wondrous ways of being in the world!  I am ready for the challenge to be a beneficial power for good.  I listen and act from that place of center, knowing that Spirit is ever available, always willing to guide my path.  Stepping up and stepping out, I begin anew to live my life to the fullest, from my own place of power and strength.  Gratitude fills my being as I just breathe it all in, realizing yet again that Life is good and very good!  And so I just allow the process to unfold in its own perfect rhythm, as these words are placed into the immutable law, declaring indeed, “And so it is”.
