One Mind, One Heart

One Mind, One Heart

My mom always used to say, “God never gives you more than you can handle,” so I lean into that truth now with this prayer.

And that God is the One Loving Source, the All-That-Is, expressing as this Life.  Each person, each place, each thing, each time, each relationship…all of it is One Mind–One Heart.

So I am of that One Mind.  I am an expression of that One Heart.  My life is part of the All, the Infinite. In the Infinite, there is no big or small, no hard or easy, no long or short.  It just is and what it is–is whole, complete, and perfect the way that it is.

So I release that all-or-nothing thinking that swings from good to bad, easy to hard, small to big.  I welcome a more even mindset that stays in the Now and keeps my perspective aligned with the Infinite Truth of that moment.  No matter what is happening in my life, it is perfect and I am enough.  I respond to whatever comes my way with ease and grace, for  I am aligned with the Divine that is the Presence and Power within.  There is nothing I cannot handle. Spirit guides my action and fills my heart with peace.  I am strong and sturdy. I stay the course and keep going.  I’ve got this and Spirit’s got me!

I’m so grateful to lean into the Divine, to continue to step out in faith that all is well.  I appreciate the power of this prayer to replenish my peace of mind and inner strength. I know that I am blessed inside and out.

So with complete confidence in the Law, I release this prayer and know that all is in Divine Right Order now. I let it go and let it be as it is. So be it now. Amen.
