One Reality

There is only one reality, the reality of Love. That love is everywhere present. I know this love to be in the smallest child, the wisest person, in the fish and birds, animals and mountains. Love is in every situation and circumstance that is present in my life and in the lives of all. This Love is available to all and is in the seen and the unseen, the known and the unknown. Love and the Divine Spirit is all there is.
I know that I am one with this loving expression of all Life. There is no separation. I know that I am unified with the presence and power of God. As an individualized center in the perfect life of Spirit, I express the wholeness and harmony of God. I know that all is well in the Universe. Love is continually expanding as I make it my destiny to BE love, to express love to all I meet either verbally or silently. I am a vessel to expand love to include all of humanity. Each person is a leaf and we are all on the same tree, connected by the same roots. The eternal life lives in me and in all people. I know this truth for myself and I know it for every person reading this.
Today I accept a new story about myself. I recognize and know that I am NOT alone. There is only one of us here and we are all in this together. I am loved. I deserve to be met with inclusion and acceptance of the heart. I allow healing to take place in my heart, allowing any unhealthy self-criticism to pass through me and to let it go. Today I turn over any challenges to Life, allowing the Intelligence of Life to support me every step of the way. Rather than using my mind to protect myself from the natural unfolding of Life, I open to it. I embrace myself just that way that I am and just the way that I am not.
With a grateful heart I acknowledge all parts of me, the happy and successful parts and the sad and lonely parts. I am grateful for the acceptance and deep love for myself, for a calm mind and for healing of my past. I am grateful for my spiritual evolution. I am grateful for all the good in my life and all the love and support I receive. I celebrate the responsiveness of spiritual law to this creative word knowing I can relax and accept the truth of it in this moment.
I release these words of life to the immediate activity of law and surrender this affirmative prayer knowing it is fulfilled completely and perfectly. And so it is. Amen.
