REMEMBERING THAT I AM

REMEMBERING THAT I AM
by Marilyn O’Leary, RScP

When there’s so much to pray for, so much to worry about, I take a deep breath and remember that God is all there is. I remember that at the very center, beyond thought and experience, is God. I experience God as deep peace.  With faith and belief, I can experience peace within despite what is occurring outside. The inner me knows peace. I call upon the inner God of Peace, Power,  Love, Health, Well-being, Abundance, Joy, and Faith in order to experience whatever reminder I need at the time. I am wholly one with the God Within.  I then know that I am Peace, I am Power, I am Love, I am Health, I am Well-being, I am Abundance, I am Joy, I am Faith. I AM. Even if I feel sad and afraid, I can remember that I AM. I AM THAT. I can let my weary mind rest. I can be. I am thankful for knowing God is within. I am thankful for the beauty and joy I live in. I am thankful for Spirit. Breathing into I AM THAT, I release this affirmative prayer, knowing that it comes back to me answered. And so it is.
