“THE FALLACY OF FATE
Question—Should we accept the belief in fate or destiny?”
“ANSWER—Certainly not. Our idea of the Karmic Law is one of cause and effect. We do believe in a specialized dispensation or a specialized creation. For example, we do not believe that the Universal Intelligence desires to tell an Edison all about electricity. This would be a special dispensation of Providence. On the other hand, an Edison wishing to know about electricity specializes in this subject. This is a specialized dispensation.”
