Seeing Through the Mist

Fear, anxiety, doubt – these are thought forms and emotions that pass through the mind like a cloud in the sky. Unless we hook into them . . . they will simply float through and dissipate. ~ Michael Bernard Beckwith
I elevate this moment by focusing my attention on the Divine Presence, residing in my very being. Acknowledging that this Presence is who and what I am, I am lifted up and embraced by the power of Love. It enfolds me in its softness, while giving me an incredible sense of courage and strength. The mist of illusion fades away, and in the clear and calm light of day, I perceive the Love essence that prevails.
Buoyed by this sense of calm, I feel any lingering doubts just drift away, and I am refreshed, renewed, and invigorated. Life fills me up to the brim, and overflows with its innate goodness. I am filled with love and compassion for humanity, as I send shards of light to any and all who may need to be uplifted. In consciousness, I know that these rays of light reach all, as a soothing balm for any disturbances in the force.
Breathing in this calm, the mist of illusion fully clears and I behold the whole, the beatific face of God. Gratefully I acknowledge that as these thoughts and words are read, spoken, and heard, it adds to a beneficial presence for our beloved humanity and our incredible planet. I am indeed blessed, and so it is.
