The One Life

The One Life
by Liza Kerr, RScP

There is one life, that life is God’s life, that life is perfect, that life is my life now. I breathe in, I chant
this, I breathe out, I chant this. There is one life, that life is God’s life, that life is perfect, that life is my
life now. I repeat 100 times, counting 1 prayer for each bead slipping through my fingers. There is one
life, that life is God’s life, that life is perfect, that life is my life now. As I am saying this I find myself
centered , and grounded. I feel the connection to God in me as me, there is no separation. The
innermost God and the outermost God are one and the same. I breathe in God, I breathe out God. I
know that as I am one with God I am one with each person around me. There is no separation. If this is
true for me it is true for each of you.

I recognize this as a high holy season, it is the season of light and grace. I accept this grace that is the
Grace of God into my life. I give thanks for recognizing the gift.

I speak my Word and my Word is Law, that each person reading this prayer is open to receive the grace
of God. Each of us is a vessel, the Grace of God pouring in and the inner light pouring out illuminating
the path before us. I declare that this light guides us and heals us and wraps us in that thing called Love.
Each of us spreading love and grace like the ripples from a pebble dropped into a pond.

I give thanks for this manifestation knowing it cannot come back to me void.

I release this prayer to the Law of mind knowing it has already happened. And so it is.
