The Source of All Life

There is one intelligence in the universe and it is the source of all life.  It is the source of all good and I see it in my dog who manifests all the qualities of Spirit.  There is an unlimited presence of love and acceptance that I experience being around him.  He is always there and his patience is surpassed only by his unconditional love.  He shows me my oneness with the Creator and I feel a never-ending connectedness.  This is Spirit, the only energy that I know exists for me always.

As I go through these many days of sheltering-at-home, I am more aware of the presence of Spirit.  I feel safe in the knowledge that my relationships with people and nature thrive no matter what is going on in the world.

I have come to the awareness that I am and always have been alone with my thoughts and this has given me the opportunity to truly see myself as I really am, learning to appreciate what is good and what is supposedly not.

Gratitude is the main ingredient on my menu nowadays.  There is so much to be grateful for and I am so happy to see the many things I have gratitude for.  Like for instance, being able to get out of bed after a warm, comfortable night and feed my dog and then sit down to a nice cup of hot chocolate.  Just so many small things that in the past I would have taken for granted, waiting to be grateful for the “big” miracles in life.

So, in completion of these thoughts, I joyfully release them knowing there are so many others to be set in motion.  And, so it is.
