As soon as you honor the present moment, all unhappiness and struggle dissolve, and life begins to flow with joy and ease. When you act out the present-moment awareness, whatever you do becomes imbued with a sense of quality, care, and love – even the most simple action. — Eckhart Tolle

Breathing into this present moment, I recognize my unity with the One Heart, One Mind, One Sacred Essence that is the I AM. This is the place where I connect with the inner peace of the now. With each breath out, I release unhappiness and struggle; with each breath in I open more and more to the flow of joy and ease. I untense my shoulders and relax my jaw and continue to breath mindfully, slowly, gently into my awareness of the Divine in the here and now.

In the sweet space of a simple breath, I am still. My heart is at peace. I rest confidently in the Divine. I trust the Divine to unfold such as it is and surrender to the best and highest good expressing in this moment. I release any sense of needing to control or engineer things. I allow it all to be easy and enjoyable. What if it were simple and all worked out? How could the Divine be or do any less?

So I give thanks for this little pause that calms me down and reconnects me to the flow of the Divine. I am centered and fully present, ready for a beautiful day that falls into place. I’m grateful for all that comes my way and all that doesn’t. Knowing that all is truly well, I release this prayer into the Law. It is my reality now. And so it is.
