Unfettered Expectation of Divine Good

We are living in a spiritual universe. As far as you and I are concerned, the center of all causation abides in us because we are in God, and God is in us.
– Dr. Ernest Holmes
Heart of my heart, light of my soul, I recognize my inherent divine nature and celebrate it! For this innate nature affords me the endless possibilities of my never-ending good. I open up to these possibilities and embrace my divinity, my creativity, and seed my future good, with wondrous thoughts in this now moment. I see, hear, taste, touch, and experience this good in things both simple and profound. The smile of a newborn babe, a shaft of light shining through the cloud, the fragrant smell of sage after the afternoon rain storm, the luscious taste of dark chocolate, a caress from a loved one, and indeed – hearing the voice of God in the guidance provided through prayer and meditation.
I strive to not place expectations on others for their actions, for mine is not to place either judgments or harbor expectations for another’s
My heart is filled with love and joy as I unabashedly embrace the expectation of the unfolding of my good. I breathe it in with every breath, every heartbeat, as it radiates and energizes in each and every cell of my being. Thank you, dear, dear God for this vision of support, loving kindness, and joy that I now see and experience. God is so good, and I am so blessed. And so it is.
