Using Time Constructively

Using Time Constructively

“My intention is to use time constructively for the relearning of what it means to abide in the Kingdom of Heaven and to fulfill my function.  My function is healing.  And healing requires the presence of Christ, for only Christ can express the Love that brings healing into being.”  —The Way of Mastery, Shanti Christo Foundation

I breathe into the heart-space where the Divine lives and return to the recognition that God is all there is.  In my breath, the Calm of God is there.  In my breath, the Clarity of God resides.  I slip into meditation and into the Presence of the One Sacred Life.  God is all there is.  Love is all there is.  Peace is all there is.

It is my truth.  I am that.  I am as God created me and in the recognition, I unify my being with the Christ energy within.  I stand in the knowingness that anything that seems unlike the Goodness of God is just my small self being afraid.  My small self who forgets the truth that God knows unequivocally: I am the glorious child of the Divine; made of God-stuff.  I am light and love.  I am powerful and yet always kind, for God is my rudder, and He steers my very presence here on earth.  I am a child of God, and so, my friend, are you.  So are you.

And so in this moment, right here, right now, the only moment there is, I affirm my intention.  I affirm that I use NOW constructively; that I use it to abide in the Kingdom of Heaven and fulfill my function here on earth.  I use it to choose Love.  I declare that my function is healing; my function is to listen to Heaven and do what God would have me do.  I let go of the resistance; I let go of the small me that cowers in fear at the task before me.  I claim my strength, the strength of God, to carry me forward even when my small self doesn’t want to go.  I turn to the Light of Spirit.  I ask for help when I need it.  I allow myself to be Divinely guided, knowing that God hears my prayers and has answered them even before I spoke the words.  My prayer now is this: keep me in your warm embrace, O Lord, that I may remember always how loved I am.  Help me to use time constructively; to gladly engage in all that You would have me do.

I affirm this for myself and I affirm it, dear reader, for you.  I declare that you are wrapped in the remembrance of how loved you are and how supported you are.  God is in your breath, and your heart-space knows the presence of the healing energy of Christ.

So I give thanks, I give thanks for the simplicity of it all – that my only task is willingness.  My only task is to knowingly connect with that which is with me always.  I give thanks that God never leaves, that Love is always present, that Life is always being lived through me.  I give thanks, I give thanks.  I am so very grateful to know how to breathe into prayer and allow the Love of God to wash over me.  I give thanks for Now and my willingness to hear God’s voice.  I give thanks for you, too, dear reader.  Let God’s Love kiss you and give thanks.

Then let go, as I let go.  No clinging.  No fear.  No worry.  I just allow God to do what God does best – to handle all the details I can’t even fathom.  I relax into knowing that God’s got it covered and I release this prayer by saying – And So It Is.  Amen.
