Withholding Nothing

Speaking directly to the Spirit of God within:  “I surrender ALL to you; everything, I give to you withholding nothing; withholding nothing.” ~William McDowell, Gosper Singer

When listening to and singing along with this song, I am transformed.  I sense that I am conversing directly with God/Spirit.

Surrender is a very “deep dive,” yet, when I/we let go, into the unknown, “God either gives us wings or put a ledge under our feet.” (Edwine Gaines).  Succinctly put, we cannot fail!

Withholding nothing is total surrender; total faith and conviction.  Turning everything that concerns us over to God/Spirit with NO internal denial moves us out of the way.  We take our hands completely off of the problem/concern/desire and ALLOW God/Spirit, to do what God knows how and what to do.  This is letting God BE God in us!

As always, we take our steps by affirming, declaring definitively that which we desire, (withholding nothing).  Then, we turn it over to the ALL Knowing Presence of Spirit.  We have done our part, moving on to something else, and all the while, God as Law, is doing its Perfect work on that which we have surrendered.  We declare it so, and allow it to be!  And so it shall be!
