Your Choices, “In the Moment”, are the Key

Know with me that Spirit is the Essence of God Presence. Your truth is that Spirit Essence is present where it already abides – within you! This awareness of your Oneness with God, allows you tochoose to live your life “In the Moment”, honoring the Spirit Essence in you. As you read this prayer, know that it can, and will, bring you internal peace, as you choose to surrender to its power. Allow Spirit to create.
Your Choices are the key.
In any given moment, as you take that time for yourself, you will realize that you can feel the perfect Essence that is within you, and it is always present in the now. You can then take a deep breath and honor your choices. Choose to give up thinking that you are in control. You can give up thinking that you need to fix yourself. You can choose to affirm, declare, and release anything that does not serve you, and it will be discarded.
No matter what challenges come up, choose to recognize that “Life” is happening for you, and not to you. That is a wonderful honoring of Choice. If something comes up for me that is not serving me, I place it within, where Spirit Light and Healing Light reside. I release, and I let go. Anything that is not of that light, cannot exist in its presence.
In that moment, I can bring forth and say a cleansing mantra, or healing affirmation. My Mantra is: “I am building love muscles of resistance to uncertainty”.
I know I am blessed. Know that you are also blessed.
And so it is.
