Rev. Martha surveyed the congregation to find out what topics they wanted to hear about on Sunday morning. Congregants sent in over 80 suggestions. All of the talks this fall are directly taken from the survey and dedicated to the people who come to the Sunday Service. To all of the congregants and visitors, thank you for creating a world-class spiritual community with your presence, your talent, and your treasure. You have already changed the world.

It’s New Member Sunday! We all are reminded of the questions — How do I live spiritually and still experience my human self beautifully? How does my spiritual community contribute to this? What does it mean to be a member of the Rio Grande Center for Spiritual Living or a member of the Centers for Spiritual Living? Where did we come from and where are we going? How is Science of Mind still relevant to my modern-day life and does it matter that the Founder died over 50 years ago? Join Rev. Martha to welcome our new members and to see what she has to say!

A Joyful Circle Dedicated to the Members

of the Rio Grande Center for Spiritual Living

There is a Light so bright, so powerful that it creates. This Light is the Energy that is the Source of all Life. It Is. I call this Light Creator and I call upon It now. I align my mind with It and know It in everything. Creator is the Light and Life of this world, all the worlds in the galaxy, and the galaxies beyond. It is the Light and Life of every being in every dimension so when I call It, I call all Life, Wisdom, Certainty, Happiness, Joy, Peace, Abundance, Health, and Love. I call it all simply by saying the word, “Creator.”

Creator. I said it. I am aligned with it and know it to the depth of my core. Because It Is, I am. I am one with the Creator. She loves and provides for me, gives me license to live in life, wisdom, certainty, happiness, joy, peace, abundance, health, and love. As I know this for me, I know this for every person who calls the Rio Grande Center their spiritual home now and in the future. I know this for every person reading this prayer and for everyone that is loved by him or her. This alignment automatically blesses us all.

I affirm and declare happiness for everyone at the Rio Grande Center. This happiness brings peace, abundance, love, and health with it. I declare that all is well in our lives and as we experience this joy and goodness, it spreads to everyone around us—and then to everyone around them, ad infinitum. The goodness then returns and gets sent out again. It’s a joyful circle we live in and joyful circle we experience. There is nothing every missing and all that we need is already here. I affirm and declare it knowing that this is true.

And I give thanks for this prayer. I give thanks that it is praying me as profoundly as I experience. I give thanks that all I ever need has arrived and that all that has happened and all that will ever happen is in divine right order. I am grateful for the people who are my spiritual community at the Rio Grande Center. I am grateful to be witness to their magnificence.

I now release these words back into Creator knowing that this prayer is finished.

And So It Is. Amen.
