A Place of Calm

A Place of Calm

In this moment of stillness, I breathe mindfully and relax. I slow down and raise my awareness of the Presence that is always there should I but choose to recognize It. The I Am is all that I am in the here and now. I am an expression of that One Love, One Mind.

Remembering who and what I am, I am rooted in peace, in strength, in grace. I bring that settled, solid feel to my day, interacting from a place of calm. I listen from the heart and allow Spirit to inform me. I welcome the still, small voice to guide me and recognize the power of this knowing. I am in the gentle flow all day and feel confident and content. I focus on Spirit and everything else falls into place.

I’m so grateful to be able to lean into the Divine and use the guidance of Spirit to improve my experience of life, to settle down and into the synchronicity that is possible when I surrender and allow. And so I do, right now. I let go and let it be, knowing as I have spoken, so it is done. Amen.
