Envision that in front of you is the Presence of the Divine Light of Spirit. Sense the awareness of pure golden light, trust that God-Spirit Essence is present and that it represents your truth. Then, bring your vision to focus on your mind… then your heart… and lastly, your Soul – all in the presence of Spirit Essence. You can then invoke this prayer
“Spirit – Through your blessings of grace and goodness, I now receive your guidance through the power of the light that streams from you. And as these streams of light touch me and penetrate me, they cleanse and purify me to see the Light, feel the Light, and be immersed in this Light. In this moment, Spirit, I know that I am healed by the presence of Divine Light”.
By your sincere Union of Oneness that was created in you – you are truly able to create an abundance of Self-Love and Self-Compassion. It can be no other way. And So It Is.
