“Incarnated within each one of us is not only a divine Spark, not only an incarnation of the living Spirit of the Cosmos, but a unique presentation of the Cosmic Whole.” – Ernest Holmes, The Essential Ernest Holmes

In this blessed moment, we breathe in Life — all of it. The ups and the downs, questions and answers, love and loss. It is a dance which we are gifted to participate in, and today I choose to do so with enthusiasm and vigor. The sun warms my face, the rain nourishes the earth. Outside my home on my front portal, built with flagstone and small rocks, a family of geckos have taken up residence. So we dance the dance – each day I sweep up the rocks they have disturbed; and later, they begin to burrow under the stones once more. Interestingly enough, while it use to annoy me, now I just talk to the geckos and tell them, “OK, lets dance!” I endeavor to do the same with all of the aspects of my life. Sometimes I can smile through the challenges; sometimes not so much. For me, its really about embracing and accepting all of it as part, as Ernest states, “of the Cosmic Whole”. With joy and fervor, I choose to move forward, grateful for this opportunity to dance. And so it is.
