Gratitude for Abundance
Liza Kerr, RScP
This has been an extraordinary year for snowfall and rain in our desert oasis of New Mexico. Today I give gratitude for the abundance of white purifying snow that is covering the ground glistening in the morning sun. I know that this snow will replenish the water supply when it sinks into the earth and help to sustain the cycle of life. I know that the snow that I see capping all of the Baldy’s in the distance will become part of the snow melt that feeds the reservoir that provides water to the people below. For this I am grateful.
There is One God. That God is the Creator of all things. That God is Love, Peace, Harmony, Abundance, Prosperity and Grace. I know that I am made of the essence of God. There is nothing in me that is not from God, or a part of God. Nothing in God that is not in me or available to me – for the innermost God and the outermost God are one and the same; God, in me, as me, for me, with me; no separation. I know that I am living a life that is God’s life, and that life is perfect, and that life is my life now. I accept the grace of God into my life, and use it as a guiding torch to light my path. I am a warrior. Just as this is true for me it is also true for you – each of us is the essence of God.
I speak my Word today for my absolute gratitude at the abundance of snow that I see around me, knowing that it will replenish the water supply and sustain life. I see this as an analogy for my life, and for your life. All around me I see abundance, prosperity, and well-being. I acknowledge this and give gratitude that my life is a good life.
I release this prayer to the Law of Mind, knowing that it has already happened, and cannot come back to me void. AND SO IT IS!
