“Essentially Holy: What I Believe”

The holidays surrounding the return of light are a time of reflection. The reflection happens whether we like what we’re seeing or not. Sometimes we see peace, we call it good and are grateful. Other times we only see how unholy-like we feel in the midst of all the bustle and we call it stress and are not grateful. Whatever we are seeing, we are contemplating. It’s that time of year. Come and celebrate with Rev. Martha and the Rio Grande Community. We call it Good.

Living On Purpose and In Grace

By Rev Martha Quintana, Senior Minister

Rev Martha Quintana - Senior Minister - Rio Grande Center For Spiritual Living

There is One Life in myriad forms – yet only One.  This One is not a number but is seen and intended as Wholeness.  There is One Whole, Perfect, Gracious, Loving Life, and that Life is my life.  I am born of this wholeness, my own special likeness and in my own special mission and happiness.

I am whole, perfect, and complete.  I am the very goodness that was born at the beginning of eternity and I am here in perfect energy for all times.  No matter the appearance in the moment, I am here in perfection, goodness, and divine unfoldment.  My life is God’s life, and I live, breathe, and have my being in it while it totally has its way with me.  We are inextricably linked and I am unconditionally loved.

Knowing this, I affirm and declare that my life is everything I have ever wanted and everything I have always wanted to be.  I am all of it right now.  My joy is to reveal and uncover that purpose and goodness which the wisest part of me has always known.  I am the very grace of God now and forever.  I am the very beauty of God now and forever and all that I am now and forever is the happiness of the one divine perfect Good.

So I give thanks and know that my life is perfect.  I am grateful for the happiness I have always sought and I am grateful that my loved ones are with me on this journey.  I am so grateful.  It is with gratitude that I release these words back into God knowing that it is done.

And So It Is.

Amen.

What We Believe

What We Teach

We teach the Science of Mind, which is the study of Life and the nature of the laws of thought; the idea that we live in a Spiritual Universe; that God or Spirit is in, through, around us; and that this Presence is a loving source of all Good.

VISION
Connecting community to Spirit!

MISSION
We recognize that an inherent desire in every individual is to realize the person God intended us to be. As we realize our true God selves, the greatest gift we can give another is to support him or her in becoming that God person too.

Most important, every man, woman and child who lives in the Universe is significant to the Creator. Our doors will forever be open to all…
