Mindfulness

God is Spirit, Infinite Intelligence, Divine Love, Total Peace, Mother, Father, Grace; God is always the same, timeless, ageless, changeless, everywhere present; God is courage, pure joy, profound peace, uplifting laughter; God is absolute wisdom and the spontaneity to enjoy life; God is love, consciousness and being present; God is Mindfulness.
And knowing that Spirit is the Source of all creation and Spirit lives in through and around me; Spirit and I are one. The One Infinite Power responds to my thoughts; my thoughts respond in kind to my Mindfulness. So as I put forth thoughts of health, wealth, kindness, joy, love, prosperity, self care and wonderful peaceful relationships, the Infinite Power of Spirit manifests itself through Mindfulness as love, health, joy, circulation, peace, fun and prosperity easily and effortlessly from this moment moving forward. For I am a creative, powerful being and this power answers me always in Truth for it simply reflects into form that which is in my consciousness. As I know that Mindfulness is my direct link to my Higher Good, I know this for you as well.
And so I claim Mindfulness as a spiritual practice in my life; a way of being in the world. I know and acknowledge that Mindfulness is my link to Spirit and that Spirit is my link to unadulterated pure joy. I behold joy everywhere and savor my joy like the freshness of newly falling rain. The Universe freely supplies me with everything I require for abundance is a buoyant, powerful energy fully free and alive in my life. I am satisfied and fulfilled in this moment. I am inspired by my connection with Spirit’s Highest Good for me and accept only harmony in all my relationships. I live a joyously rich, prosperous and abundant life.
With Love and deep appreciation, my heart is filled to overflowing with gratitude in the knowing that Mindfulness begins with my thought and flows into every area of my life. That the Oneness of Spirit and Peace flow freely in through and around me with joy as its tail, like a kite free flowing. That peace is the Source of Mindfulness and that Mindfulness is as close as placing my hand over my heart.
I release my Word into the Law knowing that it cannot come back to me void.
IT IS DONE!
IT IS COMPLETE!
AND SO IT IS!
