New Announcement!

Starting August 8th, Sunday music is getting bigger!  Music Director Susan Clark would like to welcome Lewis Winn on guitar and Jay Blea on drums/percussion to the music program and to our RGCSL community.  We are excited to have them join us and we look forward to hearing their sound.

Lewis Winn

Guitarist/Bassist Lewis Winn has performed professionally for over 30 years. In addition to his 30 years of private instruction, he has been an adjunct faculty member at the College of Santa Fe since 1994. In recent years, Lewis has been a featured artist with Max Roach, Eddie Harris, and Richie Cole, among others. Currently he is the leader/arranger for the group “The Alpha Cats”.

Jay Blea

Studies in Music, Percussion Performance at New Mexico State University.

Percussion coach for middle school bands for Albuquerque Public Schools ( Desert Ridge MS, Grant MS, Jackson MS, Madison MS)

One of Albuquerque’s busiest drummers, performing with Tuxedo Junction, concert groups and combos.

Currently an instructor at Hummingbird Music Camp.
Percussion Judge for solo and ensemble festivals.

Private instructor for over 25 years.
