Release of All Striving and Struggle

I recognize that real power of the Universe, the Sacred Energy that expresses in all. It is Thought and body, Cause and manifestation, Spirit and soul. God is what is. And I am what God is and God is experiencing life as me. The Divine is the Presence and Power within me.
Aligned with the Divine, I affirm for myself a release of all striving and struggle, doing and forcing. I surrender my day, my mind, and my heart to Spirit. I turn it all over to Divine guidance and ease into stillness. I allow myself to just be, to rest and enjoy life with no strings attached, no guilt or judgment. I relax into more and more peace and tranquility in my daily life. I honor my beingness and know that I’m exactly where I need to be, doing what I need to be doing just by allowing life to unfold. I trust the Universe to provide and to guide. I am at peace.
I give thanks for this moment of prayer and know my gratitude with each breath. I lean into the gentle embrace of the Divine and feel appreciation. And in that place of confidence, I release this prayer knowing all is well. And so it is.
