The Reflection

The Reflection
by Nancy R. Bowers, RScP

Creation doesn’t require effort; it requires precision. The universe does not interpret emotion or struggle — it mirrors the clarity of your self-definition. Everything begins with a word. Not sound, not speech — but the inner recognition of being. I Am. That quiet statement, unnoticed by most, is the foundation of every reality that follows. Before thought, before form, before movement — there is awareness declaring itself into existence. Every word you speak, whether out loud or within, carries that same origin power. It determines what you call real. Reality is not built from matter; it is built from meaning. And meaning is shaped by language — the language of your own consciousness. ~ Anushka Srivastava, Speak and It Is:  The Science of Conscious Creation Using the Law of Assumption and the Power of “I Am”

I am a lover of what is, not because I’m a spiritual person, but because it hurts when I argue with reality. ~Katie, Byron. Question Your Thinking, Change the World (p. 128). Hay House. Kindle Edition.

God is. I Am. I am that which God is.

I stand on the threshold of that recognition and pause to absorb the magnitude of the implication. God gave us all power to decide who/how we want to be in the world, but if I am too busy complaining about circumstances, I fail to notice the correlation between who I am being and the reflection life is showing me.

“You are never reacting to “life.” You are always reacting to the reflection of what you believe about yourself.” Anushka Srivastava

I stand in the awareness that I am responsible for my experiences. Life can only show me who I am being. To experience peace, I must be peace. To experience love, I must be love. I stand in this awareness and affirm and declare that “I am.” I melt into stillness. Serenity takes a seat at the table. I let the appearances dissolve into the nothingness. They are feedback that tells me where my mind was focused, where my attention has been, and I will only see more of that if that is where my attention remains.

I surrender to what is and allow the blessings of the moment to find me. Love is all there is. If I’m not seeing it, I made up a different story.

I am grateful to know that there is no one to blame. I am grateful to know that peace, love, and joy are mine the moment I decide for them. I am grateful that underbelly of being is Love. I can embrace what is without attaching a story of what my mind tells me it should be. I can choose peace by being it.

And so, I do.

And so it is. Amen.
