Treatment for Expansion and Authenticity

The Spirit I think of as God is in you, is in me, is everywhere present, timeless and eternal. Spirit loves us deeply and sees the best in us. Spirit expands, grows, and brings ideas to life through us. The Power that is Spirit is in us, acts through us, and expresses as us. I am called by Spirit to be the best me I can be, the most powerful, the most authentic, kindest, most loving, most creative, most fulfilled. I affirm that Spirit-in–me motivates me, provides energy, and encourages me to follow my ideas about how I can express my power authentically and with joy, humor and fulfillment. Whether I give myself through who I am, what I know and can share, or what I do, I know it is Spirit expressing in me.
Just as this is true for me, it is true for everyone who reads these words and accepts them. I give thanks to Spirit in its givingness, to every person of good will and hope, and for all who know that the comfort, love, and right action of Spirit is everywhere, making it true that All is Well.
I release these words to their fulfillment. And so it is, Amen.
