The spiritual, mental and physical do not contradict each other, are not divided against each other, but are one in essence. — Ernest Holmes

Infinite Divine Life, what a joy it is to really know and embrace the truth that “God is and I am”. Knowing this ultimate connection allows one to fully partake in all of the beauty, joy, passion, and yes, even pain that life presents. So, in this moment I breathe in the sweet air that sustains my body, and indeed my life. I make the conscious choice to open wide to all of the undertakings and feelings that I partake of, and just like a piece of hard candy, slowly suck the sweetness and savor every moment of those experiences. Either in my imagination or in physical reality, I dance and sing and jump for joy with the bliss of life. I create an amazing day, reaching out in love and support to friends and family and those I love, spreading this joy with every encounter. And in those moments that are challenging or painful, I bring to mind that sweetness, knowing that Life provides everything that I need to see me through the challenge or the pain. My heart is filled to overflowing with the love and the joy that this day brings, and I am so grateful to be alive. And so it is.
